Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Is my return eligible for a return/refund?
Besides items that fall into these categories which are non returnable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Refunds are processed only after the product is shipped back to the shop without any traces of wear or tear. Moreover we've implemented a RETURN SEAL. Orders can only be refunded if the RETURN SEAL is NOT BROKEN.
What is a RETURN SEAL ?
A return seal is a security solution for protecting both seller and customer.
Customers can be sure that their product was never worn, the shop is protected by being able to sell a product that was not worn by others and ensure continued customer satisfaction.
It allows you to try on the product and return it for objective reasons not making the case of any other policies of our shop.
What it is exactly? Its a cardboard piece attached in an irreversible way to the product that once broken cant be reattached in the same manner.
There is no reason to break it for the sole purpose trying it on.
